Darlene was born in Alabama and lived in numerous cities across the Southeast until finally settling in Winter Park in Middle School. She graduated from Winter Park High & earned her Education degree from the University of Florida. In college she was the Vice President of Pledge Education for Delta Gamma Sorority & a Student Senator for the College of Education all while working for the Student Housing Department. After graduation, she taught school, was a product training specialist, designed curriculum, and went into the pharmaceutical industry as a Hospital Representative, District Trainer, & District Manager. After 25 years in Pharma Sales & Management, she moved into the Real Estate industry. For the last 15 years she has been in the business. She started as an investor; buying & flipping properties, eventually getting her real estate license to represent herself & others. She has bought & sold & remodeled numerous properties of all types for her own companies as well as her clients in the Central Florida area. She knows the local area market very well & is excited to help you BUY or Sell your home or land. She has invaluable expertise to provide to Buyers, Sellers, Investors, and Vacation Home Shoppers as well as those that are relocating or interested in foreclosures.
